Prayer

Here is another version of the Lords prayer I learned from direct guidance.

Our Father and Mother God, Creator and Source of everything there is in whom we live and move and have our being. Praise be Thy Name.
Let now Thy kingdom come upon this earth this day and in the heart of all man. Thy Will be done, being there is no other Will then Thine and let it be done as it is now in Heaven.

Give us this day all that we need and require, spiritually, mentally, emotionally and materially. Forgive us our mistaken perceptions of one another in word and deed. Lead us away from any temptation of the ego or illusion of the mind and deliver us from the sense of a false self in the world.

For Thine is the Kingdom, Power and the glory for ever and ever. So be it. Amen
-----
You are neither behind the point of perfection nor are you advancing toward it. You are at the point of perfection and it is from there you must understand your self from.

Here is also another prayer for remembrance for you

Lord I enter Thy radiance and approach Thy Presence bearing with me the service that is done in Thy Name and for Thee. I seek to become a more efficient server and I open my heart and mind to Thy Peace. In Thy Presence, thy Peace enfolds me and fills me with contentment, certainty, rest and stillness Thy Peace which passeth understanding.

I must therefore be a center of love, joy and peace in the world. I place my hand in Thine with all love, trust and confidence for thou art indeed my Lord.

Lead me from the unreal to the real, from darkness to light and from death to life eternal.

At Thy feet and in the light of Thy Holy Presence do I seek to realise who I am. I am not this body which belongs to the world of shadows. I am not the desires that affects it, I am not the thoughts that fill my mind. I am not the mind itself. I am the Divine Flame within my heart, immortal, ancient without beginning and without end. More radiant then the sun in all its noon day glory, purer then the snow, untouched unsullied by the hand of matter is the spirit within my heart.

I worship Thee, I adore Thee. Thou my life, my breath, my being, my All. I am in Thee and Thou Art in me.
Lead me Oh gracious Lord to Thy Illimitable Love and union with Thee and the heart of eternal Love.
In Thy Love do I rest forever more. Amen

Meditate on the words and say them slowly and within these words there is a powerful meaning and realization to be experienced.
-----
You are neither behind the point of perfection nor are you advancing toward it. You are at the point of perfection and it is from there you must understand your self from.

The Lord's Prayer

The Lord's Prayer is the most important of al the Christian documents. It was carefully constructed by Jesus with certain very clear ends in view. That is why, of all his teachings, it is by far the best known, and the most often quoted. It is, indeed, the one common denominator of all the Christian churches. Every one of them, without exception, uses the Lord's Prayer; it is perhaps the only ground upon which they all meet. Every Christian child is taught the Lord's Prayer, and any Christian who prays at all says it almost every day. Its actual use probably exceeds that of all other prayers put together. Undoubtedly everyone who is seeking to follow along the Way that Jesus led, should make a point of using the Lord's Prayer, and using it intelligently, every day.

In order to do this, we should understand that the Prayer is a carefully constructed organic whole. Many people rattle through it like parrots, forgetful of the warning that Jesus gave us against vain, reptetions, and, of course, no one derives any rpofit from that sort of thing.

The Great Prayer is a compact formula for the development of the soul. It is designed with the utmost care for the specific purpose; so that those who use it regularly, with understanding, will experience a real change of soul. The only progress is this change, which is what the Bible calls being born again. It is the change of soul that matters. The mere acquistion of fresh knowledge received intellectually makes no change in the soul. The Lord's Prayer is especially designed to bring this change about, and when it is regularly used it invariably does so.

The more one analyzes the Lord's Prayer, the more wonderful is its construction seen to be. It meets everyone's need just at his own level. It not only provides a rapid spiritual development for those who are sufficient advanced to be ready, but in its superficial meaning it supplies the more simpleminded and even the more materially-minded people with just what they need at the moment, if they use the Prayer sincerely.

The greatest of all prayers was designed with still another purpose in view, quite as important as either of the others. Jesus foresaw that, as centuries went by, his simple, primitive teaching would gradually become overlain by all sorts of external things which really have nothing whatever to do with it. He foresaw that men who had never known him, relying, quite sincerely, no doubt, upon their own limited intellects, would build up theologies and doctrinal systems, obscuring the direct simplicity of the spiritual message, and actually erecting a wall between God and man. He designed his Prayer in such a way that it would pass safely through those ages without being tampered with. He arranged it with consummate skill, so that it could not be twisted or distorted, or adapted to any man-made system; so that, in fact, it would carry the whole Christ Message wthin itm and yet not have any thinn on the surface to attract the attention of the restless, managing type of person. So it has turned out that, through all the changes and chances of Christian history, this Prayer has come through to us uncorrupted and unspoiled.

The first thing that we notice is that the Prayer naturallly falls into seven clauses. This is very characteristic of the Oriental tradition. Seven symbolizes individual soul, just as the number twelve in the same convention stands for corporate completeness. In practical use, we often find an eighth clause added - "Thine is the kingdom, the power, and the glory" - but this, though in itself an excellent affirmation, is not really a part of the Prayer. The seven clauses are put together with the utmost care, in perfect order and sequence, and they contain everything that is necessary for the nourishment of the soul. Let us consider the first clause:

Our Father

This simple statement in itself constitutes a definite and complete system of theology. It fixes clearly and distinctly the nature and character of God. It sums up the Truth of Being. It tells all that man needs to know about God, and about himself, and about his neighbor. Anything that is added to this can only be by way of commentary, and is more likely than not to complicate and obscure the true meaning of the text. Oliver Wendell Holmes said: "My religion is summed up in the first two words of the Lord's Prayer," and most of us will find ourselves in full agreement with him.

Notice the simple, clear-cut, definite statement - "Our Father." In this clause Jesus lays down once and for all that the relationship between God and man is that of father and child. This cuts out any possibility that the Diety could be the relentless and cruel tyrant that is often pictured by theology. Jesus says definitely that the relationship is that of parent and child; not an Oriental despot dealing with grovelling slaves, but parent and child. Now we all know perfectly well that men and women, however short they may fall in other respects, nearly always do the best they can for their children. Unfortunately, cruel and wicked parents are to be found, but they are so exceptional as to make a paragraph for the newspapers. The vast majority of men and women are at their best in dealing with their children. Speaking of the same truth elsewhere, Jesus said: "If you, who are so full of evil, nevertheless do your best for your children, how much more so will God, who is altogether good, do for you"; and so he begins his Prayer by establishing the character of God as that of the perfect Father dealing with His children.

Note that this clause which fixes the nature of God at the same time fixes the nature of man, because if man is the offspring of God, he must partake of the nature of God, since the nature of the offspring is invariably similar to that of the parent. It is a cosmic law that like begets like. It is not possible that a rosebush should produce lilies, or that a cow should give birth to a colt. The offspring is and must be of the same nature as the parent; and so, since God is Divine Spirit, man must essentially be Divine Spirit too, whatever appearances may say to the contrary.

Let us pause here for a moment and try to realize what a tremendous step forward we have taken in appreciating the teaching of Jesus on this point. Do you not see that at a single blow it swept away nintey-nine percent of all the old theology, with its avenging God, its chosen and favorite individuals, its eternal hell fire, and all the other horrible paraphernalia of man's diseased and terrified imagination. God exists - and the Eternal, All-Powerful, All-Present God is the loving Father of mankind.

If you would meditate upon this acct, until you had some degree of understanding of what it really means, most of your difficulties and physical ailments would disappear, for they are rooted and grounded in fear. The underlying cause of all trouble is fear. If only you could realize to some extent that Omnipotent Wisdom is your living, loving Father, most of your fears would go. If you could realize it completely, every negative thing in your life would vanish away, and you would demonstrate perfection in every phase. Now you see the object that Jesus had in mind when he placed this clause first.

Next we see that the Prayer says, not "My Father," but "Our Father," and this indicates, beyond the possibility of mistake, the truth of the brotherhood of man. It forces upon our attention at the very beginning the fact that ll men are indeed brethren, the children of one Father; and that "there is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither chose nor unchosen," because all men are brethen. Here Jesus in making his second point, ends all the tiresome nonsense about a "chosen race,: about the spiritual superiority of an one group of human beings over any other group. He cuts away the illusion that the members of any nation, or race, or territority, or group, or class, or color, are, in the sight of God, superior to any other group. A belief in the superiority of one's own particular group, or "herd," as the psychologists call it, is an illusion to which mankind is very prone, but in the teaching of Jesus it has no place. He teaches that the thing that places a man is the spiritual condition of his own individual soul, and that as long as he is upon the spiritual path it makes no difference whatever to what group he belongs or does not belong.

The final point is the implied command that we are to pray not only for ourselves but for all mankind. Every student of Truth should hold the thought of the Truth of Being for the whole human race for a least a moment each day, since none of us lives to himself nor ies to himself; for indeed we are all truly - an in a much more literal sense than people are aware - limbs of on Body.

Now we begin to see how very much more than appears on the surface is contained in thos simple words "Our Father." Simple - one might almost say innocent - as they look, Jesus has concealed within them a spiritual explosive that will ultimately destroy every man-made system that holds the human race in bondage.

Which Art In Heaven

Having clearly established the Fatherhood of God and the brotherhood of man, Jesus next goes on to enlarge upon the nature of God, and to describe the fundamental facts of existence. Having shown that God and man are parent and child, he goes on to delineate the function of each in the grand scheme of things. He explains that it is the nature of God to be in heaven, and of man to be on earth, because God is Cause, and man is manifestation. Cause cannot be expression, and expression cannot be cause, and we must be careful not to confuse the two things. Here heaven stands for God or Cause, because in religious phraseology heaven is the term for the Presence of God. In metaphysics it is called the Absolute, because it is the realm of Pure Unconditioned Being, of archetypal ideas. The word "earth" means manifestation, and man's function is to manifest or express God, or Cause. In other words, God is the Infinite and Perfect Cause of all things; but Cause has to be expressed, and God expresses Himself by means of man. Man's destiny is to express God in all sorts of glorius and wonderful ways. Some of this expression we see as his surroundings; first his physical body, which is really only the most intimate part of his embodiment; then his home; his work; his recreation; in short, his whole expression. To express means to press outwards, or bring into sight that which already exists implicity. Every feature of your life is really a manifestation or expression of something in your soul.

Some of these points may seem at first to be a little abstract; but since it is misunderstandings about the relationship of God and man that lead to all our difficulties, it is worth any amount of trouble to correctly understand that relationship. Trying to have manifestation without Cause is atheism and materialism, and we know where they lead. Trying to have Cause without manifestation leads man to suppose himself to be a personal God, and this commonly ends in megalomania and a kind of paralysis of expression.

The important thing to realize is that God is in heaven and man on earth, and that each has his own role in the scheme of things. Although they are One, they are not one-and-the-same. Jesus establishes this point carefully when he says, "Our Father which art in heaven.

Hallowed Be Thy Name

In the Bible, as elsewhere, the "name" of anything means the essential nature or character of that thing, and so, when we are told what the name of God is, we are told what His nature is, and His name or nature, Jesus says, is "hallowed." Now what does the word "hallowed" mean? Well, if you trace the derivation back into Old English, you will discover a most extraordinarily interesting and significant fact. The word "hallowed" has the same meaning as "holy, ", "whole," "wholesome," and "heal," or "healed"; so we see that the nature of God is not merely worthy of our veneration, but is complete and perfect - altogether good. Some very remarkable consequences follow from this. We have agreed that an effect must be similar in its nature to its cause, and so, because the nature of God is hallowed, everything that follows from that Cause must be hallowed or perfect too. Just as a rosebush cannot produce lilies, so God cannot cause or send anything but perfect good. As the Bible says, "The same fountain cannot send forth both sweet and bitter water." From this it follows that God cannot, as people sometimes think, send sickness or trouble, or accidents - much less death - for these things are unlike His nature. "Hallowed be thy name" means "Thy nature is altogether good and Thou art the author only of perfect good." Of purer eyes than to behold evil, and canst not look on iniquity.

If you think that God has sent any of your difficulties to you, for no matter how good a reason, you are giving power to your troubles, and this makes it very difficult to get rid of them.

Thy Kingdom Come Thy Will Be Done In Earth As It Is In Heaven

Man being manifestation or expression of God has a limitless destiny before him. His work is to express, in concrete definite form, the abstract ideas with which God furnishes him, and in order to do this, he must have creative power. If he did not have creative power, he would be merely a machine through which God worked - an automaton. But man is not an automaton; he is an individualized consciousness. God individualizes Himself in an infinite number of distinct focal points of consciousness, each one quite different; and therefore each one is a distinct way of knowing the universe, each a distinct experience. Notice carefully that the word "individual" means undivided. The consciousness of each one is distinct from God and from all others, and yet none are separated. How can this be? How can two things be one, and yet not one and the same? The answer is that in matter, which is finite, they cannot; but in Spirit, which is infinite, they can. With our present limited, three-dimensional consciousness, we cannot see this; but intuitively we can understand it through prayer. If God did not individualize Himself, there would be only one experience; as it is, there are as many universes as there are individuals to form them through thinking.

"Thy kingdom come" means that it is our duty to be ever occupied in helping to establish; the Kingdom of God on earth. That is to say, our work is to bring more upon this plane. That is what we are here for. The old saying, "God has a plan for every man, and he has on for you," is quite correct. God has glorious and wonderful plans for every one of us; He has planned a splendid career, full of interest, life, and joy, for each, and if our lives are dull, or restricted, or squalid, that is not his fault, but ours.

If only you will find out the thing God intends you to do, and will do it, you wil find that all doors will open to you; all obstacles in your path will melt away; you will be acclaimed a brilliant success; you will be most liberally rewared from the monetary point of view; and you will be gloriously happy.

There is a true place in life for each one of us, upon the attainment of which we shall be completely happy, and perfectly secure. On the other hand, until we do find our true place we never shall be either happy or secure, not matter what other things we may have. Our true place is the one place where we can bring the Kingdom of God inot manifestation, and truly say, "Thy kingdom cometh."

We have seen that man too often chooses to use his free will in a negative way. He allows himself to think wrongly, selfishly, and this wrong thinking brings upon him all his troubles. Instead of understanding that it is his essential nature to express God, to be ever about his Father's business, he tries to set up upon his own account. All our troubles arise from just this folly. We abuse our free will, trying to work apart from God; and the very natural result is all the sickness, poverty, sin, trouble, and death that we find on the physical plane. We must never for a moment try to live for ouselves, or make plans or arrangements without reference to God, or suppose that we can be either happy or successful if we are seeking any other end than to do His Will. Whatever our desire may be, whether it be something concerning our daily work, or our duty at home, our relations with our fellowman, or private plans for the employment of our own time, if we seek to serve self instead of God, we are ordering trouble, disappointment, and unhappiness, notwithstanding what the evidence to the contrary may seem to be. Whereas, if we choose what, through prayer, we know to be His Will, then we are insuring for ourselves ultimate success, freedom, and joy, however much self-sacrifice and self-discipline it may involve at the moment.

Our business is to bring our whole nature as fast as we can into conformity with the Will of God, by constant prayer and unceasing, though unanxious, watching. "Our wills are ours to make them Thine."

"In His Will is our peace," said Dante, and the Divine Comdey is really a study in fundamental states of consciousness, the Inferno representing the state of the soul that is endeavoring to live without God, the Paradise representing the state of the soul that has achieved its conscious unity with the Divine Will, and the Purgatorio the condition of the soul that is struggling to pass from the one state to the other. It was this sublime conflict of the soul which wrung from the heart of the great Augustine the cry "Thou hast made us for Thyself, and our hearts are restless until they repose in Thee."

Give Us This Day Our Daily Bread

Because we are the children of a loving Father, we are entitled to expect that God will provide us fully with everything we need. Children naturally and spontaneously look to their human parents to supply all their wants, and in the same way we should look to God to supply ours. If we do so, in faith and understanding, we shall never look in vain.

It is the Will of God that we should all lead healthy, happy lives, full of joyous experience; that we should develop freely and steadily, day by day and week by week, as our pathways unfold more and more unto the perfect day. To this end we require such things as food, clothing, shelter, means of travel, books, and so on; above all, we require freedom; and in the Prayer all these things are included under the heading of bread. Bread, that is to say, means not merely food in general, but all things that man requires for a healthy, happy, free, and harmonious life. But in order to obtain these things, we have to claim them, not necessarily in detail, but we have to claim them, and, we have to recognize God and God alone as the Source and fountainhead of all our good. Lack of any kind is always traceable to the fact that we have been seeking our supply from some secondary source, instead of from God HImself, the Author and Giver of life.

People think of their supply as coming from certain investments, or from a business, or from an employer, perhaps; whereas these are merely the channels through which it comes, God being the Source. The number of possible channels is infinite, the Source is One. The particular channel through which you are getting your supply is quite likely to change, because change is the Cosmic Law for manifestation. Stagnation is really death; but as long as you realize that the Source of your supply is the one unchangeable Spirit, all is well. The fading out of one channel will be but the signal for the opening of another. If, on the other hand, like most people, you regard the particular channel as being the source, then when that channel fails, as it is very likely to do, you are left stranded, because you believe that the source has dried up - and for practical purposes, on the physical plane, things are a we believe them to be.

A man, for instance, thinks of his employment as the source of his income, and for some reason he loses it. His employer goes out of business, or cuts down the staff, or they have a falling out. Now, because he believes that his position is the source of his income, the loss of the position naturally means the loss of the income, and so he has to start looking about for another job, and perhaps has to look a long time, meanwhile finding himself without apparent supply. If such a man had realized, through regular daily Treatment, that God was his supply, and his job only the particular channel through which it came, then upon the closing of that channel, he would have found another, and probably a better one, opening immediately. If his belief had been in God as his supply, then since God cannot change or fail, or fade out, his supply would have come from somewhere, and would have formed its own channel in whatever was the easiest way.

In precisely the same way the proprietor of a business may find himself obliged to close down for some cause outside of his control; or one whose income is dependent upon stocks or bond may suddenly find that source dried up, owing to unexpected happenings on the stock market, or to som catastrophe to a factory or mine. If he regards the business or the investment as his source of supply, he will believe his source to have collapsed, and will in consequence be left stranded; whereas, if his reliance is upon God, he will be comparatively indifferent to the channel and so that channel will be easily supplanted by a new one. In short, we have to train ourselves to look to God, Cause, for all that we need, and then the channel, which is entirely a secondary matter, will take care of itself.

In its inner and most important meaning, our daily bread signifies the realization of the Presence of God - an actual sense that God exists not merely in a nominal way, but as the great reality; the sense that He is present with us; and the feeing that because He is God, all-good, all-powerful, all-wise, and all-loving, we have nothing to fear; that we can rely upon Him to take every care of use; that He will supply all that we need to have; teach us all that we need to know; and guide our steps so that we shall not make mistakes. This is Emanuel, or God with us; and remember that it absolutely means some degree of actual realization, that is to say, some experience in consciousness, and not just a theoretical recognition of the fact; not simply talking about God, however beautifully one may talk, or thinking about Him; but some degree of actual experience. We must begin by thinking about God, but this should lead to the realization which is the daily bread or manna. That is the gist of the whole matter. Realization, which is experience, is the thing that counts. It is realization which marks the progress of the soul. It is realization which guarantees the demonstration. It is realization, as distinct from mere theorizing and fine words, which is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. This is the Bread of LIfe, the hidden mann, and when one has that, he has all things in deed and in truth. Jesus several times refers to this experience as bread because it is the nourishment of the soul, just as physical food is the nourishment of the physical body. Supplied with this food, the soul grows and waxes strong, gradually developing to adult stature. Without it, she, being deprived of her essential nourishment, is naturally stunted and crippled.

The common mistake, of course, is to suppose that a formal recognition of God is sufficient, or that talking about Divine things, perhaps talking very poetically, is the same as possessing them; but this is exactly on a par with supposing that looking at a tray of food, or discussing the chemical composition of sundry foodstuffs, is the same things as actually eating a meal. It is this mistake which is responsible for the fact that people sometimes pray for a thing for years without any tangible result. If prayer is a force at all, it cannot be possible to pray without something happening.

A realization cannot be obtained to order; it must come spontaneously as the result of regular daily prayer. To seek realization by will power is the surest way to miss it. Pray regularly and quietly - remember that in all mental work, effort or strain defeats itself - then presently, perhaps when you least expect it, like a thief in the night, the realization will come. Meanwhile it is well to know that all sorts of practical difficulties can be overcome by sincere prayer, without any realization at all. Good workers have said that they have had some of their best demonstrations without any realization worth speaking about; but while it is, of course, a wonderful bon to surmount such particular difficulties, we do not achieve the sense of security and well-being to which we are entitled until we have experienced realization.

Another reason why the food or bread symbol for the experience of the Presence of God is such a telling one is that the act of eating food is essentially a thing that must be done for oneself. No one can assimilate food for another. One may hire servants to do all sorts of other things for him; but there is on thing that one must positively do for himself, and that is to eat his own food. In the same way, the realization of the Presence of God is a thing that no one else can have for us. We can and should help one another in the overcoming of specific difficulties - "Bear ye one another's burdens" - but the realization (or making real) of the Presence of God, the "substance" and "evidence," can, in the nature of things, be had only at firsthand.

In speaking of the "bread of life, Emanuel," Jesus call it our daily bread. The reason for this is very fundamental - our contact with God must be a living one. It is our momentary attitude to God which governs our being. "Behold now is the accepted time; behold now is the day of salvation." The most futile thing in the world is to seek to live upon a past realization. The thing that means spiritual life to you is your realization of God here and now.

Today's realization, no matter how feeble and poor it may seem, has a million times more power to help you than the most vivid realization of yesterday. Be thankful for yesterday's experience, knowing that it is with your forever in the change of conciousness which it has brought about, but do not lean upon it for a single moment for the need of today. Divine Spirit is, and changes not with the ebb and flow of human apprehension. The manna, in the desert is the Old Testament prototype of this. The people wandering in the wilderness were told that they would be supplied with manna from heaven every day, each one always recieving abundant for his needs, but they were on no account to try to save it up for the morrow. They were on no account to endeavor to live upon yesterday's food, and when, notwithstanding the rule, some of them did try to do so, the result was pestilence or death.

So it is with us. When we seek to live upon yesterday's realization, we are actually seeking to live in the past, and to live in the past is death. The art of life is to livein the present moment, and to make that moment as perfect as we can by the realization that we are the instruments and expression of God Himself. the best way to prepare for tomorrow is to make today all that it should be.

Forgive Us Our Trespasses As We Forgive Them That Trespass Against Us

This clause is the turning point of the Prayer. It is the strategic key to the whole Treatment. Let us notice here that Jesus has so arranged this marvelous Prayer that it covers the entire ground of the unfoldment of our souls completely, and in the most concise and telling way. It omits nothing that is essential for our salvation, and yet, so compact is it that there is not a thought or a word too much. Every idea fits into its place with perfect harmony and in perfect sequence. Anything more would be redundance, anything less would be incompleteness, and at this point it takes up the critical factor of forgiveness.

Having told us what God is, what man is, how the universe works, how we are to do our own work - the salvation of humanity and of our own souls - he then explains what our true nourishment or supply is, and the way in which we can obtain it; and now he comes to the forgiveness of sins.

The forgiveness of sins is the central problem of life. Sin is a sense of separateness from God, and is the major tragedy of human experience. It is, of course, rooted in selfishness. It is essentially an attempt to gain some supposed good to which we are not entitled in justice. It is a sense of isolated, self-regarding, personal existence, whereas the Truth of Being is that all is One. Our true selves are at one with God, undivided from Him, expressing His ideas, witnessing to His nature - the dynamic Thinking of that Mind. Because we are all one with the great Whole of which we are spiritually a part, it follows that we are one with all men. Just because in Him we live and move and have our being, we are, in the absolute sense, all essentially one.

Evil, sin, the fall of man, in fact, is esentially the attempt to negative this Truth in our thoughts. We try to live apart from God. We try to do without Him. We act as though we had life of our own; as separate minds; as though we could have plans and purposes and interests separate from His. All this, if it were true, would mean that existence is not one and harmonious, but a chaos of competition and strife. It would mean that we are quite separate from our fellow man and could injure him, rob him, or hurt him, or even destroy him, without any damage to ourselves, and, in fact, that the more we took from other people the more we would have for ourselves. It would mean that the more we considered our own interests, and the more indifferent we were to the welfare of others, the better off we would be. Of course it would then follow naturally that it would pay other to treat us in the same way, and that accordingly we might expect many of them to do so. Now it this were true, it would mean that the whole universe is only a jungle, and that sooner or later it must destroy itself by its own inherent weakeness and anarchy. But, of course, it is not true, and therein lies the joy of live.

Undoubtedly, may people do act as though they believed it to be true, and a great many more, who would be dreadfully shocked if brought face-to-face with that proposition in cold blood, have, nevertheless, a vague feeling that such must be very much the way things are, even though they, themselves, are personally above consciously acting in accordance with such a notion. Now this is the real basis of sin, of resentment, of condemnation, of jealousy, of remorse, and all the evil brood that walk that path.

This belief in independent and separate existence is the arch sin, and now, before we can progress any further, we have to take the knife to this evil thing and cut it out once and for all. Jesus knew this, and with this definite end in view he inserted at this critical point a carefully prepared statement that would compass our end and his, without the shadow of a possibility of miscarrying. He inserted what is nothing less than a trip clause. He drafted a declaration which would force us, without any conceivable possibility of escape, evasion, mental reservation, or subterfuge of any kind, to execute the great sacrament of forgiveness in all its fullness and far-reaching power.

As we repeat the Great Prayer intelligently, considering and meaning what we say, we are suddenly, so to speak, caught up off our feet and grasped as though in a vise, so that we must face this problem - and there is no escape. We must positively and definitely extend forgiveness to everyone to whom it is possible that we can owe forgiveness, namely, to anyone who we think can have injured us in any way. Jesus leaves no room for any possible glossing of this fundamental thing. He has constructed his Prayer with more skill than any lawyer displayed in the casting of a deed. He has so contrived it that once our attention has been drawn to this matter, we are inevitably obligated either to forgive our enemies in sincerity and truth, or never again to repeat that prayer. It is safe to say that no one who reads this with understanding will ever again be able to use the Lord's Prayer unless and until he has forgiven. Should you now attempt to repeat it without forgiving, it can safely be predicted that you will not be able to finish it. This great central clause will stick in your throat.

Notice that Jesus does not say, "Forgive me my trespasses and I will try to forgive others," or "I will see if it can be done," or "I will forgive generally, with certain exceptions." He obliges us to declare that we have actually forgiven, and forgiven all, and he makes our claim to our own forgiveness to depend upon that. Who is there who has grace enough to say his prayers at all, who does not long for the forgiveness or cancellation of his own mistakes and faults. Who would be so insane as to endeavor to seek the Kingdom of God without desiring to be relieved of his own sense of guilt. No one, we may believe. And so we see that we are trapped in the inescapable position that we cannot demand our own release before we have released our brother.

The forgiveness of others is the vestibule of Heaven, and Jesus knew it, and has led us to the door. You must forgive everyone who has ever hurt you if you want to be forgiven yourself; that is the long and the short of it. You have to get rid of all resentment and condemnation of others, and, not least, of self-condemnation and remorse. You have to forgive others, and having discontinued your own mistakes, you have to accept the forgiveness of God for them too, or you cannot make any progress. You have to forgive yourself, but you cannot forgive yourself sincerely until you have forgiven others first. Having forgiven others, you must be prepared to forgive yourself too, for to refuse to forgive oneself is only spiritual pride. "And by that sin fell the angels." We cannot make this point too clear to ourselves; we have got to forgive. There are few people in the world who have not at some time or other been hurt, really hurt, by someone else; or been disappointed, or injured, or deceived, or misled. Such things sink into the memory where they usually cause inflamed and festering wounds, and there is only one remedy - they are to be plucked out and thrown away. And the one and only way to do that is by forgiveness.

Of course, nothing in all the world is easier than to forgive people who have not hurt us very much. Nothing is easier than to rise above the thought of a trifliing loss. Anybody will be willing to do this, but what the Law of Being requires of us is that we forgive not only these trifles, but the very things that are so hard to forgive that at first it seems impossible to do it at all. The despairing heart cries, "It is too much to ask. That thing meant too much to me. It is impossible. I cannot forgive." But the Lord's Prayer makes our own forgiveness from God, which means our escape from guilt and limitation, dependant upon just this very thing. There is no escape from this, and so forgiveness there must be, no matter how deeply we may have been injured, or how terribly we have suffered. It must be done.

If your prayers are not being answered, search your consciousness and see if there is not someone whom you have yet to forgive. Find out if there is not some old thing about which you are very resentful. Search and see if you are not really holding a grudge (it may be camouflaged in some self-righteous way) against some individual, or some body of people, a nation, a race, a social class, some religious movement or which you disapprove perhaps, a political party, or whatnot. If you are doing so, then you have an act of forgiveness to perform, and when this is done, you will probably make your demonstration. If you cannot forgive at present, you will have to wait for your demonstration until you can, and you will have to postpone finishing your recital of the Lord's Prayer too, or involve yourself in the position that you do not desire the forgiveness of God.

Setting other free means setting yourself free, because resentment is really a form of attachment. It is a Cosmic Truth that it takes two to make a prisoner; the prisoner - and a goaler. There is no such thing as being a prisoner on one's own account. Every prisoner must have a goaler, and the goaler is as much a prisoner as his charge. When you hold resentment against anyone, you are bound to that person by a cosmic link, a real, though mental chain. You are tied by a cosmic tie to the thing that you hate. The one person perhaps in the whole world whom you most dislike is the very one to whom you are attaching yourself by a hook that is stronger than steel. Is this what you wish? Is this the condition in which you desire to go on living? Remember, you belong to the thing with which you are linked in thought, and at some time or other, if that tie endures, the object of your resentment will be drawn again into your life, perhaps to work further havoc. Do you think that you can afford this? Of course, no on can afford such a thing; and so the way is clear. You must cut all such ties, by a clear and spiritual act of forgiveness. You must loose him and let him go. By forgiveness you set yourself free; you save your soul. And because the law of love works alike for one and all, you help to save his soul too, making it just so much easier for him to become what he ought to be.

But how, in the name of all that is wise and good, is the magic act of forgiveness to be accomplished, when we have been so deeply injured that, though we have long wished with all our hearts that we could forgive, we have nevertheless found it impossible; when we have tried and tried to forgive, but have found the task beyond us.

The technique of forgiveness is simple enough, and not very difficult to manage when you understand how. The only thing that is essential is willingness to forgive. Provided you desire to forgive the offender, the greater part of the work is already done. People have always made such a bogey of forgiveness because they have been under the erroneous impression that to forgive a person means that you have to compel yourself to like him. Happily this is by no means the case - we are not called upon to like anyone whom we do not find ourselves liking spontaneously, and, indeed, it is quite impossible to like people to order. You can no more like to order than you can hold the winds in your fist, and if you endeavor to coerce yourself into doing so, you will finish by disliking or hating the offender more than ever. People use to think that when someone had hurt them very much, it was their duty, as good Christians, to pump up, as it were, a feeling of liking for him; and since such a thing is utterly impossible, they suffered a great deal of distress, and ended, necessarily, with failure, and a resulting sense of sinfulness. We are not obliged to like anyone; but we are under a binding obligation to love everyone, love, or charity as the Bible calls it, meaning a vivid sense of impersonal good will. This has nothing directly to do with the feelings though it is always followed, sooner or later, by a wonderful feeling of peace and happiness.

The method of forgiving is this: Get by yourself and become quiet. Repeat any prayer or treatment that appeals to you, or read a chapter of the Bible. Then quietly say, "I fully and freely forgive X (mentioning the name of the offender); I loose him and let him go. I completely forgive the whole business in question. As far as I'm concerned, it is finished forever. I cast the burden or resentment upon the Christ within me. He is free now, and I am free too. I wish him well in every phase of his life. The incident is finished. The Christ Truth has set us both free. I thank God." Then get up and go about your business. On no account repeat this act of forgiveness, because you have done it once and for all, and to do it a second time would be tacitly to repudiate your own work. Afterward, whenever the memory of the offender of the offense happens to come into your mind, bless the delinquent briefly and dismiss the thought. Do this, however many times the thought may come back. After a few days it will return less and less often, until you forget it altogether. Then perhaps after an interval, shorter or longer, the old trouble may come back to memory once more, but you will find that now all betterness and resentment have disappeared, and you are both free with the perfect freedom of the children of God. Your forgiveness is complete. You will experience a wonderul joy in the realization of the demonstration.

Everybody should practice general forgiveness every day as a matter of course. When you say your daily prayers, issue a general amnesty, forgiving everyone who may have injured you in any way, and on no account particularize. Simply say, "I freely fogive everyone." Then in the course of the day, should the thought or grievance or resentment come up, bless the offender briefly and dismiss the thought.

The result of this policy will be that very soon you will find yourself cleared of all resentment and condemnation, and the effect upon your happiness, your bodily health, and your general life will be nothing less than revolutionary.

Lead Us Not Into Temptation But Deliver Us From Evil

This clause has probably caused more difficulty than any other part of the Prayer. For many earnest people it has been a veritable stumbling block. They feel, and rightly, that God could not lead anyone into temptation or into evil in any circumstances, and so these words do not ring true.

For this reason, a number of attempts have been made to recast the wording. People have felt that Jesus could not have said what he is represented to have said, and so they look about for some phrasing which they think would be more in accordance with the general tone of his teaching. Heroic efforts have been made to wrest the Greek original into something different. All this, however, is unnecessary. The Prayer in the form in which we have it in English gives us a perfectly correct sense of the true inner meaning. Remember that the Lord's Prayer covers the whole of the spiritual life. Condensed though the form is, it is nevertheless a complete manual for the development of the soul, and Jesus knew only too well the subtle perils and difficulties that can and do beset the soul when once the preliminary stages of spiritual unfoldment have been passed. Because those who are yet at a comparatively early stage of development do not experience such difficulties, they are apt to jump to the conclusion that this clause is unnecessary; but such is not the case.

The facts are these - the more you pray, the more time you spend in meditation and spiritual treatment, the more sensitive you become. And if you spend a great deal of time working on your soul in the right way, you will become very sensitive. This is excellent; but like everything in the universe, it works both ways. The more sensitive and spiritual you become, the more powerful and effective are your prayers, you do better healing, and you advance rapidly. But, for the same reason, you also become susceptible to forms of temptation that simply do not beset those at an earlier stage. You will also find that for ordinary faults, even things that many men and women in the world would consider to be trifling, you will be sharply punished, and this is well, because it keeps you up to the mark. The seemingly minor transgressions, the "little foxes that spoil the vines," would fritter away our spiritual power if not promptly dealt with.

No one at this level will be tempted to pick a pocket, or burgle a house; this does not by any means imply that one will not have difficulties, and because of their subtlety, even greater difficulties to meet.

As we advance, new and powerful temptations await us on the path, ever ready to hurl us down if we are not watchful - temptations to work for self-glory, and self-aggrandizement instead of for God; for personal honors and distinctions, even for material gain; temptations to allow personal preferences to hold sway in our counsels when it is a sacred duty to deal with all men in perfect impartiality. Above and beyond all other sins the deadly sins of spiritual prid, truly, "the last infirmity of noble mind," lurks on this road. Many fine souls who have triumphantly surmounted all other testing have lapsed into a condition of superiority and self-righteousness that has fallen like a curtain of steel between them and God. Great knowledge brings great repsonsibility. Great responsibility betrayed brings terrible punishment in its train. Noblesse oblige is preeminently true in spiritual things. One's knowledge of the Truth, however little it may be, is a sacred trust for humanity that must not be violated. While we should never make the mistake of casting our pearls before swine, nor urge the Truth in quarters where it is not welcome, yet we must do all that we wisely can to speard the true knowledge of God among mankind, that not one of "these little ones" may go hungry through our selfishness or our neglect. "Feed my lambs, feed my sheep."

The old occult writers were so vividly sensible of these dangers that, with their instinct for dramatization, they spoke of the soul as being challenged by various tests as it traversed the upward road. It was as though the traveler were halted at various gates or turnpike bars, and tested by some ordeal to determine whether he were ready to advance any further. If he succeeded in passing the test, they said, he was allowed to continue upon his way with the blessing of the challenger. If, however, he failed to survive the ordeal, he was forbidden to proceed.

Now, some less experienced souls, eager for rapid advancement, have rashly desired to be subjected immediately to all kinds of test, and have even looked about, seeking for difficulties to overcome; as though one's own personality did not already present quite enough material for any one man or woman to deal with. Forgetting the lessons of our Lord's own ordeal in the wilderness, forgetting the injunction "Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God," they have virtually done this very thing, with sad results. And so Jesus has inserted this clause, in which we pray that we may not have to meet anything that is too much for us at present level of our understanding. And, if we are wise, and work daily, as we should, for wisdom, understanding, purity, and the guidance of the Holy Spirit, we never shall find ourselves in any difficulty for which we have not the understanding necessary to clear ourselves. Nothing shall by any means hur you. Behold I am with you always.

Thine Is The Kingdom And The Power And The Glory For Ever And Ever

This is a wonderful gnomic saying summing up the essential truth of the Omnipresence and the Allness of God. It means that God is indeed All in All, the doer, the doing, and the deed, and one can say also the spectator. The Kingdom in this sense means all creation on every plane, for that is the Presence of God - God as manifestation or expression.

The Power, of course, is the Power of God. We know that God is the only power, and so, when we work, as when we pray, it is really God doing it by means of us. Just as the pianist produces his music by mean of, or through his fingers, so may mankind be thought of as the fingers of God. His is the Power. If, when you are praying, you hold the though that it is really God who is working through you, your prayers will gain immeasurably in efficiency. Say, "God is inspiring me." If, when you have any ordinary thing to do, you hold the thought, "Divine Intelligence is working through me now," you will perform the most difficult tasks with astonishing success.

The wondrous change that comes over us as we gradually realize what the Omnipresence of God really means, transfigures every phase of our lives, turning sorrow into joy, age into youth, and dullness into light and life. This is the glory - and the glory which comes to us is, of course, God's too. And the bliss we know in that experience is still God Himself, who is knowing that bliss through us.

Into His Presence would I enter now.

This Presence I would like to call God is all around and everywhere. Within and without. God is immanent meaning within. The Self that God is, is in you and is you now. This Self that is in you and is you is the God within, the immanent God and is the Presence within.

God is also infinite and that means God or the ever pervading Spirit is in all things. God is right here and now and is everywhere and here at the same time. Gods Spirit pervades all things and is the nature of everything there is.

To breathe in is to breathe in the breath of God. The breath of God is in Hebrew Ruach and is the same word for Spirit. In Sanscript the word for breath is Prana and is the same word for Spirit. The Spirit gives life to everything and everything is animated by this Breath or Spirit that pervade all things. It is the energy of God which is Love. God as it says in the scripture is closer then hands and feet. It is within you and is you. I and the Father are One. Meaning it is the Self same Spirit inseparatable.

Now all paths eventually lead to the Spirit within. All true paths lead to your guide or that which speaks for you in the Silence, the Truth of your being. Whatever you choose to call this guidance one must learn to trust in one’s guidance on every word that comes from its mouth or center of being.

Man has been seeking the truth or some form of guidance to help man for since time began and the reason man finds it not is because he is looking for it where it is not to be found. It is not to be found in a book. It is not to be found in the desert or under a rock or a stone. It is not to be found in some secret code. The Truth to be found is found within you. Seek where the Truth is to be found and not somewhere else where it is not to be found.

Now if you find someone who has found the Truth listen to him and follow him and if he lead you to where the truth is to be found which is within you then you have found a true teacher. But if he leads you away from the Truth and instead lead you to him. Then he is not a true teacher.

The same with any religion or so called spiritual path or discipline. Does it lead you to the Truth within? Then you have found a true path and when you have arrived at a point where you have found the Truth itself then let that be your guidance and if you have lost your way again remember the path that lead you to the truth and walk ye again on it until you have arrived at the Truth and now it is a direct experience that you have entered in and now the Truth has shown itself to you as what the Truth is and because you now KNOW the Truth for what it is you have become free of what the Truth is not, illusion.

Let now the Truth present itself to you each moment as it unfolds as a revelation to you and as you for you are the Truth that you seek and the Knowledge of the Truth that you seek is within you.

There is a place a meeting place where you will meet the Truth and It will meet you. It is at that place that the Knower become Known and within becomes without and ye are One. Find it now!

I find that place within the Silence where I stand naked before the Truth or the Presence of the Truth and with my hands, my heart and my mind I stand open before the Knowledge of the Truth of what I call the God within being me now, not knowing what the Truth will be, nor what the filling of the Spirit of the Truth and how it will now dawn upon me as it once again illuminates and inspires my mind and what is within.

I stand at the Door of Wisdom and Truth and Knock and he who desireth to enter in, I will in no wise prevent and I will welcome him with joy and peace and with open arms of love for one of my children have come home at last.

Once you have chosen to embark on that one and only Path that leads your way home there will be guide there to comfort you and show you the Way and that guide can only be the Spirit of Truth that will lead you through the Door of eternal and everlasting life into eternity which is your true resting place in all of the Universe of being.

Someone has said, that she is a personality and I find that words have a way of getting in the way. I mean semantics, but also words can define what a person believes and so what does it mean when you say personality? I like to look at this word in two parts one is the person and the other is the reality. It is one's personal sense of reality that one defines ones self by. Now isn’t that a bias to define all of reality by ones interpretation, based on ones personal view of what one thinks reality is or means.

Now if your personal view of reality is based on a physical one or the one your grew up with from your parents and your sociological roots or even your genetic and biological roots such as race, country language etc is that really your roots and is that where you really come from? Do you base your personality on what you are thinking and isn’t the sum total of all your thoughts come from your past and all of your conditioning of the past.

There is that which is called the outer self that come from the outer world of experiences and is just and effect of what you think you are and some of that can be interpreted as a good person.

But there is also that which come from within, the inner You, the original You and that comes from a Source different from the source you think you come from. It comes from Spirit and that is what is called your Individuality and is an Expression of the whole of what Everything is and is unlimited and is omniscience, omnipresent and is omnipotent. It the original everlasting Spark of Life. You are an Original. You are not a copy or an imitation. you are the real things and the other you called you your personality is a concept or what you think and believe you are.

Your personality is your belief in a mortal self a limited self and is based on a three dimensional view point. It is the mask that you wear that you let other people see you as and how you see yourself. It is your belief in separation and that you are separate and independent from others. We are not independent from others and we do not have a mind that is independent from others. We have a whole mind that each of us partakes of individually. We are interdependent on each other as we are dependent on God or our Source of being.

Personality to me is like being a certain color. I am not red, blue, yellow or any one color. I am a rainbow of colors and at the same time no color at all. Its like defining ourself as a race or a clasification. Everything you see on your drivers licence is not You. I am not a color race. I am of the human race and even that is conditional. I am an eternal being.I am a spiritual being having a human experience. I will always be a eternal being. I am a citizen of the Universe and I will always be a citizen of the universe. I am not a nationality and I am not ethnicity. I am one Self one with God.

I have memory that I have lived before and as other races such as Asian, Indian, Peruvian, etc.

I am a race of many colors just like the rainbow.

Your personality as I am seeing it is really character of your limited viewpoint. The real you is your essence of being and that essence is the spark of your innate Divinity that has no boundaries or lines to define you in your totality of existence.

Journey with one’s Guide

Shamballa: It is important to learn to receive and to give, but it is also important at this stage to practice inner guidance. To go within to that place where you are quiet and you are willing or you are allowing yourself to receive from within and ask for guidance. This guidance is your wisdom of you real Self or it is the Wisdom of your Guide one who has traveled this way before you on this journey back home.

It is okay to learn from others especially those who are masters of wisdom or what is called the Enlightened Brotherhood or fourth dimensional beings who have realized their fourth dimensionality of being. But it is more important to trust in your own guide or inner Teacher and trust in your own guidance as it registers with you.

The reason being is that the guidance that resonates with you or from your teacher is that which matches up with your energy and is in closest proximity with where you are on your path of Awakening. Your inner guidance is your path to Awakening to your inner Self. It is your path to Self Realization and only on this path will you truly realize your Self.

Each person has his own particular path that is unique to him or her and is their souls journey because this is a journey through a region that is been called soul awareness or your souls memory which is a ancient path because it is one that you have been on before, but this time you using this same path not to make up a self along the way, but to return to your source. This path will go back through all the memories of experiences that you had traveled before so that you can unmask the false you.

The difference there is in one path and anothers is the experience of what is your path will be yours and it will be your unique realization your point of reference where you will be able to envision or see the whole and it is where you will identify yourself with being the whole.

To follow someone elses path will not be your wisdom or your experience no matter how enlightening it can be it is still someone elses experience.

That is why children must leave the nest and go out on their own to find their true Identity. What they have learned up to this point as guided them and protected them as being under the wing of their mother, but now they must find the protective wing of their real self and find that inner guidance or inner Teacher which is their real Self to protect them now.

It is good to listen to the wisdom of others as long as it will lead you to the wisdom of your Self. I am your guide and I am aquainted with all of your type of experiences. We correspond to the same ray of light and energy of being. It is this correspondence with this ray of Intelligence that we are connected to each other.

There are other rays of light that others correspond to that match up with their personal uniqueness or individuality which is a soul expression of many life times before. I am or shall I say vibrate a certain ray of energy or Intelligence that you are able to register with and so we are able to communicate with each other as if we are one and we ARE. You can say that I am your elder brother who has traveled this way before both in the human element and now in the Divine. I know the way best for you as your companion, friend and guide and it is by learning to trust in my guidance or the guidance your receive within that you will know the path is true.

Now there are others that will travel along with you some of them will appear to be a little ahead of you at times and others will appear to travel a little behind you but you are all in the same place, but experiencing yourself as if you are different. That is only in time and space will you see each other that way, but in eternity or in the eternal oneness of being you are all the same and are at one.

It is interesting to note that when one is on this Journey to find truth and when one meets his guide, one discovers that at the end of the road your guide is there to meet you and to welcome you back home. This comes about through a realization that you and your guide are always together or that the place that you are seeking that is seeking you is your home and is the place that you are already at.

The journey you are taking is really only of the mind and is a change in awareness to where you are really at. Instead of living in a past gone by, you are now beginning to live in a living present that is always now. Living in the present is the same as being home or being at the place where revelation can occur. This revelation is a revealing of what has always been the changeless in you that is now being experienced as an unfoldment of consciousness.

It would seem that you are entering another realm of being or another dimension, but the truth is that you are accessing the very dimension of your being.

We think in three dimensions and we know in one and that one is infinite and is the dimension of your being which is also infinite, meaning it has not beginning and no end and is left to explore endlessly, but instead of learning to develop something outside of it like a model or a copy, you are discovering something that is already there within.

Before you discovered that it was already there and that the space that you thought was there was emptiness, you find filled. It was only a potential in your mind and something that you may have thought was there. But where did that thought originate from a thinking mind or did it originate for your very being where you made a connection with something that is real and had substance to you.

We are tapping into the unknown, but as we do we find it becomes Knowable. The knowable is then realized as another aspect of our Self or of Reality that we did not know before, but we are knowing it now as an extension of our Being and what we are. It is not us and another reality that we are exploring for the first time. The Reality we are exploring is us.

I am learning to discover this new dimension of being each day as I sit in the silence and let what is there to fill my consciousness with the very experience of my being. I know it is there because I am aware of it being there and it is other then what I ordinarily experience with the thinking mind which is only a distraction of what is really there which I can say in words, peace, love, infinite stillness and a joy that is not from anything that I experience outside of that awareness but is within and is deep within and with it I feel contentment, rest, stillness. I feel self assured and acknowledged from a place of being that is constant and is always the same presence and the same identity that I can always identify with.

I also when I drink in to my mind this presence of light I am filled and I am inspired to tell the world what I am seeing and what is there that I know is the very truth of my being. I can hear it speak to me as a voice. It is a inner voice or prompting or a self knowingness of what my being is and what I am to it as I let it express through me and my outer awareness.

It is magnetic and I am drawn to it like a moth to a flame or a drop of water to the ocean I feel connected with it. I feel a part of it. I know there is something there as I look within because I can feel its presence and I see it in me there is light and in this light there is this color blue that is always present and then sometimes I see this point of light that is red and also with in this light I can see many colore but these colore are not stagnant and three dimensional they are living and breathing in me. If I breathe in I can feel and see the light also go in and when I breathe out the light in me breathes out to.

I am captured by it, captivated it by its presence as it beckons me and draws me into its presence and so I let go into the silence within and let it be what I am. Let it be my Self. Let it be the spring from which I draw my strength and sustenance. I feel revived and regenerated. I feel renewed and invigorated. I feel I want to stay here forever and just be still and let my mind know what it is.

As I breathe in I place my attention at the center that I am feeling myself being drawn into. I am reminded now who and what I am and that I am not separated from this presence.

I am reminded again the first glimpses I had of my Self and that light that illuminated to me my real Self the first time I saw myself and it saw me.

I saw a living Presence a living being that was electric blue and that was living pulsating with life and it was alive and it was conscious of me. I also new in that moment that even though it was me it was also greater then me and it knew me more then I knew it. I saw it not with physical eyes but it was a vision before me and I saw it as my self. I saw it as a living throbbing cell conscious life.

I am now reconnecting with this source this Self that I know is my true Reality that I call my God Being because that is what it was to me God being me as my greater Self that I am. The greater part of the knowing that I was aware of was to me that there was yet a greater consciousness or a greater awareness yet to realize and to be one with a greater mind then the one I was perceiving my self having.

In all of this experience of my Self being I felt loved and supported in a way that I never felt before. I felt uplifted beyond any thing that I remembered experiencing before. I also felt care for so much so that I was a part of what was caring for me.

I knew it was God loving my Self as I am. I know now in order to continue to feel this love and support I must be willing to extend it to others. When I extend it to others I realize it for my Self, because I also realize when I am in that state of consciousness of being that that Self is also your Self and every one’s Self . May you find that Self now and the light to guide your way home.

Journey with one's Guide

June 2, 2008 Sun/Gemini Moon/Gemini

Shambala,

I leave the floor to you the mike is yours.

Thank you Jonathan. I am glad to come to you in this way. Our minds our joined or link together by a thread of willingness. The willingness is a bond we have together like a student and a teacher or a disciple and his master that allows me to fill your mind with my mind and with my presence in you.

A consciousness that you will become more and more aware of as you let in my presence of mind in which I may communicate my thoughts to you. You and I are embarking upon a journey, not a journey through a mountainous climb or a forest path, but a journey of the soul coming home to where you really are and have always been.

I am with you Jonathan and I have always been with you and I am here to support you and to assist you on this journey back to where you came from and where you have always been. It is a realization, not a physical journey, but a journey of the mind with another mind that is meeting itself as one mind. The movement is a shift from one mind to another or what one thought was a self that you conjured up, to a Self that already is. That is the journey back to the realization of the Self that you already are and giving up your allegiance to a self concept or limited self perception you call your personality to an already Self Existent Reality that you already are, but have not as yet fully identified with this Self or Reality as being who you really Are.

I am here to aid you to make that shift and to help you identify with what you are already. Your true function is simply to identify with who and what you are your real self. Once you have sealed that identity for ever and you have let it in to your individualized conscious awareness of being until there is no other Self for you to be and you are being that Self, then you will know what your real function is, which is to be that Self, because it is your Self and you cannot really be anything else, but what you already are.

This is a realization and will come as an experience of being and you will know it when it happens because you have come home and you will recognize your Self being what you are and you will experience a true union.

This Self that you will experience is a union with the Father Self which is the Allness of God. The Creator Self and the Center of Self expression or the point of being that you will meet this Allness with, is the Son point or the center point of what is called Gods Self expression. What is being, is the Allness of God now being expressed for you and as you and the you that expresses it is the Son of God or the center point of that infinite oneness and Allness of what God the Creator Self is being. This is the union of the Father and the Son.

You are not far from experiencing this realization right now and if you will continue with your connection with me and your meditation period and the work that you are given to do it will happen sooner than you think. It is happening now!

I am more one with you then you realize you are one with me, but that will shift and your will realized our oneness together and at the same time I as a Individuality will still be distinct with you as you are with me, that I will, if you allow me to come through you as an extension of my consciousness which is the consciousness of the whole, it will pervade what you call your outer awareness. You are feeling it now more and more as you watch your fingers type on the key board and as if you are not typing at all and the finger are doing the typing for you.

You are not thinking what to say but the words are forming anyway. You do not know what to say from a personal sense or a limited mind, but you know your mind is acting as a receiver of my thoughts that you are putting down in words that are being dictated to you as we telepathically are in communication with each other and the mind is the link between us. It is from this bond of communication that allows us to have this rapport.

We have this link with each other that allows each of us to know what to say or you know what words to use to interpret or to communicate what I am saying to you with my thoughts and my intention. I know what to say to you to communicate what you want to hear and need to hear.

There is no limit to this line of communication even though you do have earthly task to do today does not mean that this connection need be broken. I can keep this line of communication open and actually this link is always open on my side. It is only needed to be kept open on your side and you have at times throughout your day kept this link open.

Just with you intent that we be in communication with each other will it continue to serve us both. Listen with your mind the messages you receive throughout the day and I will assist you in your many task that are before you. If you have any questions just refer them to me first and if any problems arise, refer them to me. Refer everything you can to me as if I am right next to you or sitting in a chair or on the bed beside you as your guest and we are having a conversation with each other. I am conversing with you and the more you do it the more it will be real for you, the easier it will become.

Just keep in mind I do occupy the space that you appear to be in and I am filling it all the time. You can say at this juncture I am in you and you are in me. We do not walk alone we walk together and you need me as much as I need you. I am the Light of You. You are the Light of me. We are the light of each other.

Journalings

4/23/08

I received from guidance the need to do journaling each and every day when possible and that is to be the first writing of the day. It doesn’t matter what it says and what I write. It is not to be edited, but after meditation and the reading for the day then will come the journaling. I feel this way that it will give expression to my inner mind and Self and my guide. It will be a dialog between my inner and outer mind.

4/24/08

To journal is to dialog with ones’ self. It is from the periphery of the circle or the boundary of one’s experiences that defines the self one has made to the SELF at the center of you and the entire universe that is unmade and always was. This SELF is eternal. This SELF is the Identity that ALL is and is the Reality that defines everything else and is the basis for everything that is. I am one with that Self being the only Self that is and the only Self that I am. It is one as I am one and there is no separation from being it otherwise it could not be what it is that I am. I am happy being it now as I am sure it is happy being me. I open my heart and mind now in this moment because that is what I am choosing to do and what you choose to do is what will happen or what you will experience happening if you choose to let it be. If you choose to be happy then you are saying that the happiness is there already available for you to experience if you choose nothing else. If you are experiencing anything else but happiness it is because you have already made another choice and so choose again. In eternity you have already chosen happiness which is your birthright to experience and you choose it by virtue of what you already are as God the one Nameless Cause as chosen for you or created you. In time you have made a different choice otherwise you would not be making that choice again you would instead be experiencing your happiness or yourself being happy right here and now. So if you are asking for happiness or that is what you want then choose again to be happy once more and forgive any other choices that our contrary to the choice that you are making now. If you want to be happy then you are saying that you have made another choice to be sad. What we see in our brother is the mask that we have made for our self and if we see our brother unhappy it is because we have made our self unhappy. We can never make the SELF that is unmade unhappy, only the self we made unhappy, which is therefore and illusion of our real SELF and so we can see this mask our brother is wearing as not the real SELF and ask that which is eternal to unmask it for us and show us our brothers real SELF the one SELF we all are. We are then asking the ETERNAL to show us our real identity in our brother who is the Christ in us all. May you find the Christ that you all ARE and be reborn again to the SELF that was never made and that you always ARE.

4/25/08

I do not have much to say except I share Gods will for happiness one person at a time and it starts with me. The way to save the world or the healing of God’s Son is one person at a time. You connect with your Source that still point your connection with Universal Being and then you extend from there the Happiness that you feel the entire Wholeness of Being.

4/26/08

Journaling is like painting a picture or playing an instrument. It is a form of communication and can be used as a tool or instrument to communicate with the Divine. It can be used as a means to have dialog with the eternal and the Nameless. Eternity is a realm of being and when you bless anything with love it then is translated to Heaven and to the eternal realm of being and as long as you hold it in your mind as a loving thought so will it be in the Mind of God. Every loving thought is true and anything else is and appeal for help and healing.

When you repeat a thought of God in remembrance and give it to the Holy Spirit the word that you silently speak then becomes enflamed and comes alive with energy and light and being and it becomes deeper and deeper a matter of experience.

Say very slowly with your breath, “God being Love is also Happiness” and say it with feeling saying it as if God was saying it to you and He is from that place or pure Spirit and complete silence within. Let the word speak out from you and transform your world of experience as one of oneness. Let the word be spoken to everything you see and everyone you meet. Let the Word speak out from the Holy Spirit your right Mind that is the Mind of God when you experience that Mind as one.

Say it with true devotion so that your attention is on the word itself that each word that comes out of the mouth of God is like Honey to your lips sweet, loving and eternally bright, each new thought is like new and fresh and alive with the experience of infinite Love, Joy and Happiness. Realize the truth of those words as matters of experience and that is the right of everyone to be experiencing Now.

In your devotion to your brother who may not as yet experienced the truth of those words. Speak those words in the silence of your being for your brother that it will also dawn in him as the words of Spirit that is also is right to experience Now and so let it be. Plant the seed and God will give you the increase.

Be the extension of what your brother is really being Love, Peace and Happiness and speak it to His mind, “I seek what belongs to me in Truth.”

4/27/08

What comes to mind is asking to be filled by being empty and simply listening, I am giving myself time to commune with Spirit or the Father by listening. The act is listening, the key word is listening and that there is someone on the other end of the line that is there and has something to say or communicate.

Now in the place of stillness and where there is no thinking and I am being quiet is the place of listening. It is in the stillness that I am choosing to listen. It is where I am abandoning my mind as the thinker that I am able to be still and listen. I am come empty to be filled. I ask for the Truth to correct all errors in my mind. Let me be still that I may listen to the Truth.

Now I do not know exactly what I am doing listening or what that really means, but I am listening just the same. I started to first use my breath and let my breath be as a sharp razors edge that allows me to cut through my thinking part of my mind and come to a place where there is rest and stillness a quiet place where I am aware of a still point that I feel I am my attention is being drawn.

I also use the lesson of the day and repeat it over and over using a string of beads to keep track of my breath and the mantra I am using. For instant, with my breath on the in breath I say mentally “Truth correct all errors in my mind.” And on the out breath, “To give and to receive is one in Truth.” Or with each bead I will say on the in breath, Truth corrects all and on the out breath errors in my mind.

Now I have my eyes closed and my focus is on the breath and on the chant and if I am aware of any thoughts I just notice then and bring my attention back to my breath and the remembrance I am using. As I am giving over the words or the Thoughts of God to the Holy Spirit the words become transform and I can feel the word not just as word but as being real and not that as a separate self speaking the words but my own right mind is speaking them to me the Holy Spirit and to whoever I may direct my attention too.

Now that I am able to bring my attention this center I see within which is where this very Presence of Light, Life and Love is coming from the God within, I am able to dwell there and find rest. It is here at this place this altar that I listen and wait for an Answer to my prayer and my desire to commune with the Almighty. This is where I find my Power and what God is willing in me and in my mind. It is where I am truly inspired and I am moved.

At first I find in this presence that there is this emptiness in me and it here that I am filled. It is here that I am answered with Love. It is here that God comes to me. It is here that God fills me with His/her love.

It is here that I know that I am known and I am loved. It here, I recognize my real Self that is not made and eternal. It is here that I find my place in the Father and I am known as his Son and I know God as my Father. It is here that I find my Source and it is here that I extend my Self to you.

My prayer to you Father Mother God is fill me, that I am over flowing and that my cup does runneth over with your complete Love for me as I am one with you. Fill me Father that I may know you once again. You are the One the Nameless One that completes me and where I complete you.

My only desire that is true is that I be one with you which is a reflection of your desire to be one with me that we are one in and with each other in full and complete Awareness.

Here is my mind to direct as you see fit and fill it with your Knowing. My mind is an instrument of your peace. Peace to my mind and let all my thoughts be still. Today I give my mind to the Holy Spirit and give it service to do as you see fit.

Fill my mind my Father that in it I may see my brother as my Self that I may have the gift of Vision to see all of creation as a gift of your Love and that I may see and Know all as One. Father I do now accept your vision and I do accept your true Word that is upon Thy lips. I so accept my Self as Thy true son and May I see all of creation as your one Son/Daughter the Christ of all.

I am here to be of service to all, because by being in that place where I am truly in the service to all I again may Know my true Self and by Knowing my Self to be true I am set free.

Let thy Light shine in the mind of all mankind and by that all man may Know the Truth of Thy Being and Knowing Thee may Know themselves as One. Amen

4/29/08

In the mind I think I am, in the heart I know and feel that I am, in the soul I am that I am and in the Spirit of all that is I am.

I rest in eternal Love; I am as eternal Love created me. I thank eternal Love for the Love that I eternally am.

It is from the still waters of Spirit that I can see my reflection in the deep waters I know that I am. From beyond the clouds of doubt, guilt and illusion at that peak on the highest mountain top and where the clouds of fear and guilt have parted I see my face in the Sunlight of the Spirit as it illuminates the world and all that’s in it I again see my reflection as in a mirror at first darkly and then face to face I can see my gentle reflection of all that is.

My brother man who is my Self, I can see my reflection again and all that I survey I can see my Self as I truly am in all my brothers and sisters and in all the land. In all the stars of the universe and in the universe of universes itself I can see my reflection. I am spirit as I speak these words of life. I am spirit as I am whole. My body now that is the visibility of my Self as I am eternal love now identifies fully with all that I am perfect, whole and complete in every way I am.

There is nothing lacking in me the all that I am and all is in me as I am in all. I am not my body. My body is in me as the entire universe is in what I am infinite still I am as I breathe through the leaves as wind in the trees, I am. I am filled as I declare my emptiness and Gods Spirit rushes to fill me and my heart is glad and I know I am. Any part of me I think I lack there is Spirit Gods eternal love filling me with His/her well spring of eternal joy and I am free once again to Know my Name is Love.

Forgiveness the key to happiness See in the mind all those who presented to you the image of your enemy and see in your minds’ eye also those who represented you friend and then see yourself in your minds’ eye playing in a play or a drama where these figures you think you see as playing in the drama (dream) with you and then the dream is over and all of you in all of your parts have awoken and have given their bows to the audience being the one who is observing and all realizing that this all has been a play, drama or a dream and that it is not real as far as your real Self is.

See in your minds’ eye all the actors are a projection of your thoughts and then see the real You wake up in each of them and all now become not just actors playing this part that you have assigned to them but are your brothers and sister of the one Self.

As I was doing the lesson 121 “Forgiveness is the key to Happiness.” as instructed I noticed in my mind the enemy and the friend were showering me in light that I first saw in them. I could also see them having the realization that I was having that this was all a dream and we were playing roles that each of us assigned one another that was our judgment of our self. I also realized as they were too, simultaneously that there was only one Self to realize in each other and that we were that one Self undivided singular but each and aspect yet whole.

I also saw myself in all the prisons of my mind that I found myself in and saw in these prisons the worst enemies and the worst fears and all of the guilt and judgment that I gave myself as I projected this prison of my mind as if it was a real prison where I was bound hand and foot. I then offered forgiveness to myself by offering it to all those who were bound with me to look beyond the illusion and witness for the real Self that was there all the time while I was dreaming dreams and I say to my Self “Thank God I am free at last.”

5/1/08

What if we are all dreaming a dream to wake up that we scripted or planned for with our guides and invisible agents who are helping direct us to this wonderful event of being totally awake?

What I mean is it not possible that all the circumstances, events and those who cross our path are part of a larger script that we are playing out here in this drama, play or dream and that on the inner planes we are lucid awake to what the drama. Play is about and the players we are playing our part with. I am seeing our guides and angels and ourselves who are in a state of wakefulness as far as the dream is concern working together in a educational environment while we are sleeping each night and we are rehearsing each part that we will play in our waking dreams. I means that we as actors and our guides and those who are Awake are directing us on the inner planes to play out these sequences or script which at first is on a ego level and then is transformed as our guides are allowed to intervene and give us new direction so that we have a completely different script then the one we realized before.

One is full of miracles and the other is waiting for the miracle to occur. Remember a miracle is an intervention.

5/3/08

Let me remember I am one with God, at one with all my brothers and sisters and my Self in everlasting holiness, happiness and infinite peace.

What I am remembering here is that I am one with God already and I just need to remember that is so and that is the truth of my being and what I am. I am already one with God. I just need to fully remember that is so. The memory of that fact that I am one with God is already there in my mind because God placed it there when he remembered Him Self as me. I am the face of God and Christ is the face of me.

Nothing can ever interfere with the truth that I am one with God. No matter what I think I am doing, no matter the circumstance of my life at this time, I am still one with God. Let me remember God I am one with you. Let me remember God I am your Son. Let me remember that I am one with all my brothers and let me see the face of your Son in all o f my brothers and my Self that I am one with.

No matter what the appearance may be to me or how far removed I may feel at the time it does not matter. I am one with God and God is with me always. No matter how dark in despair I may think I am, I am one with God. No matter what negative experience I may seem to be having at the moment and no matter how much my brother or myself seem to be suffering, I am still one with God and my brother and it is by remembering that is so will I see my brother free and I will be able to save my brother and me. I will be able to bring peace and comfort to his weary mind. I will be able to heal him and perform any miracle that needs be. When I remember that I am one with God. Let me remember I am one with God that is my saving grace. I thank God for this memory that is place in my mind. I am now remembering that I am one with God eternally and forever.

Lesson 125 In quiet I receive Gods word to day.

The first thing that came to my mind as I read the lesson today is that there is a quiet place already there in your mind and that there is a reality to these words, “In quiet I receive Gods Word today.” Today is always the present and the quiet is that place of silence within your mind where there is no thinking. It is calm so deep and inpenetrable that nothing on the outside can penetrate it, only the mind itself in the form of attention. When one places their attention on this point or place of stillness the Holy Place one finds that there is depth and that the depth is endless and supportive at the same time.

When one speaks the words of power and transformation from that place of stillness as if you are the true Self that speaketh (you are the Son of God) there is Movement and a stirring of a Knowingness and an awareness that one Knows thy Self as the one that speaketh. At first it seemed that the words are speaking outside from that place of the outer mind. Then as one repeated the Word over and over slowly and silently with the breath and one is focusing on that silence within placing ones attention there in the quiet. Now if there is a disturbance or a distraction coming from the outer mind or the invitation to be distracted, one then notices it and brings one’s attention back to the stillness. Then, if one has lost that place momentarily, then one again brings the attention to the breathing, chanting the mantra until once again one finds that place of stillness and brings the attention there again. I find as I rest my attention there and listen in the stillness there is something that speaks to mind and stirs my awareness to an activity within where I am still at rest. It is very comforting and I feel like sinking deeper into this stillness.

I am feeling this intuitive part of me is now telling me things and I feel guidance from within. Some of the things are pretty mundane at first and then the mundane becomes transformed into the magnificent. I am open to receive Gods Word and I by hearing it am transformed with a new mind.

One of the thoughts that came to my mind in an instant was that I was not aging but becoming youthful that I had reach a point in my awareness where I am returning back to my source the fountain of Youth and so my body too is returning back to its youth vibrant and alive with a new zest for life and vigor.

My body is not aging and decaying but it is youthing and ageless. I need to watch myself talk that tells me my body is getting old and will decay in time. Instead I am telling my body and I am speaking to my mind that I am youthful and I am returning to full awareness of my eternal youth that never ages nor never dies. I am eternal spirit.

The Word that I am speaking has Authority because it speaks the Truth of what I am. When you speak the truth from that place of being and the one Mind it is then truth you are speaking. The Word has life and is able to move mountains if that is what it decrees and therefore can move any obstacles on your path because it witnesses for what is beyond and is yet here right now. There are no stones to trip on or obstacles to bar your Way. This Word if you speak it will calm you mind and still your breath and heal all that which is not whole just in the same way that Jesus healed the sick and calmed the Sea this is the same Word of Power. It is the Word of a Knowing Mind the Mind of God is that which speaks.

Use this Word as an expression of the Will of God being set in motion. The Word of Power sets all things in motion all creation is in motion because of this Word. It is Love in motion. The thing I am remembering is I can only receive this Word when I am still. It is then the Word speaks to you. I have no thoughts of my own separate from what Gods Thoughts are and the Word that speaketh in my mind and in my mouth are the Thoughts of God and that is what God is being right now in me.

Now this direction of your mind as Gods mind may very well say to you get a job or check the news paper, or cross the street. Go this way. It will always, I am hearing speak to your greatest need the one that you are now ready to express and identify for you fulfillment and where you are most willing and ready. It will always speak to where you are right now and because it knows what you need before you ask it, It will identify that need to you and the way you may experience your need being filled.

In quiet I am hearing and I am receiving what God Word is to me and now I am speaking it to you. , and listen. Listen in Joy! Listen in Peace, but listen.

New Moon in Taurus

Lesson 126: All that I give is given to my Self.

There is only one Self in all of us and everything returns back to the Source from which it came. The drop of water in the ocean goes out and returns to the sea. The spark that is in the flame returns back to the flame. As I speak this Truth, All that I give is given to my Self from that place of the heart and the center of all being I am reminded of what I really am. I am in the ocean. I am in the sea. I am in the drop of water. I am what returns to me.

As I am repeating the words of remembrance of who and what I am, I am reminded as I am observing my breath that there is a source within me that I goeth and I cometh, just like the breath. It too is part of the whole, being whole within itself. Being a whole part of what is being that is everything there is, there is an oneness in it all.

I feel a part of something that is greater then I. I rest and I give all that is myself. I surrender to the all of what it is and I surrender to the truth of my being and I am. I see myself float on this sea of life and tranquility I am rested and I am still in the stillness of what is being in that moment I breathe. I have been rescued from that weary shore of discontent and I am comforted in Knowing I am never alone and that my every step is guided to that distant shore that I may call Home.

It is not so in the distance now as I am nearer my God to thee. I have come home and I have arrived only to meet my Self again. I have returned and I am welcomed and there is a feast that awaiteth us. I feel joyed and I am in peace knowing I am home again.

There is now I Know rest for the weary and a lamp to light the way. Now I Know I am healed and I am Whole and I am one with thee for I am Soul.

I feel deep within me that I do not want leave this place. I stay one more moment and to me is an eternity. Less and less to I want to come back to this world that I thought I made that is as nothingness as it return to back from which it came back to the Love of God and Now another world appears that is fresh and new and sparkles in the Son of God and in the Sun of God. I am in this light that reveals my Self to me and the Self that all is the very Self of God that I am one with all my brothers in all of the universes of universes.

I am touched by this immortal being and my heart is glad as tears come to my eyes and I feel this immortal Love that comes from you and through you as I realize myself as one with you and that many that you Are.

I am infinite spirit in all that is finite. I am One and you are One with me. I touched with my heart of Love and you touched me in that place I am eternally still. I am Love and I love and I am loved by you as you Love me. Thank you that all of you are here and thank you for all that you are that God created you to be. Thank you for you just being you as I am.

All that I give is given to myself.

There is, I am sure in all of this a greater Harmony I am Knowing at this moment which all is one a Universal Harmony and a planetary Harmony and there is a music of the Spheres. We all are created out of this infinite harmony that is so pleasing to the Self of our Maker. It is the true Relationship of all relationships that exist for us to be. One can say that this inner Harmony that is reflected in the earth, sky and sea is also the very art of being who and what you are in this very moment of Love. May you if you have not already found this harmony, this condition, in which all things are, may you find it Now. It is there and it has not changed and it is always waiting for your return, though it KNOWS you never left at all. I am in harmony with you as you are with me. We are all family of one family tree.

5/15/08

Sickness is a defense against the Truth. I now accept the Truth of what I am and let my mind be completely healed today. God the Truth of my Being is all there is of me. I let go of all of me and let myself be all there is of God. I am in God and God is in me. There is only one Self to be that I am and that is the Self of God. God is all in all and for all. I am as God has created me. All that I perceive that is of me is really of God. I let go of everything as I breathe in and I let go of everything as I breathe out. Even my breath is the breath of God. My very Life that is my very breath is God. God is my Life, Light and Love and that I share with God. I thank you God for what I am and being all there is of me. Being that you are everything there is I am everything with you. We are one. I am a center point of your Self Expression.

Instead of aging I have taken a reverse course and I go back to Thee as my Source and I am now Youthing. The aging process has reversed and has slowed down to a complete stop and is now instead of aging and decay. I am Youthing with new life and regeneration. The Holy Spirit is my own right Mind the Mind of the Father is regenerating me and recreating me in his image and likeness. I am like the Father as the Father is like me. I am one with the Father.

All the cells of me body organism are as one and act as one co-ordinate in perfect harmony and symmetry. All the cell that identify my being work in unison and as a complete whole there is a consciousness there a complete awareness of pure intent to declare God’s handiwork and glory.

I feel resurrected and completely revived a new man in Christ I am. I do not accept any invitations to the contrary that would say that I am not what I am. I withdraw any authorizations to the contrary that say that I am not perfect as God has created me and that my body is the witness of that perfection in me that I am. I am happy healed and whole today.

I stand in the Holy Place in the Silence and declare my Self one with God. It is in the Silence that I KNOW my Self as I am. It is the Silence of pure intent that I Know that I am one with God and can feel my being speak to me as I am.

I let go of my mantra and my beads and everything else that appears outside of me and go within to that Holy Place that I may be the Witness for the Supreme and the Everlasting and I am glad. I do not know how God is going to reveal Him Self Her Self It Self to me. All I know is His Presence His Light is there with me and I am Home.

I listen for His eternal Guidance and Direction for today and ask what His Will is for me now and I am glad. Thank you Dear God for answering my Prayer my desire to know Thee has my Self and to Know that I am your Son. Thank you for your Love and your healing. I needed you and you came. Amen

5/23/08

Before engaging in any affairs of the day or the busyness of the day give audience to the Self within. Give place for one internal Guidance. Ask God of your understanding what His Will is for you this now and this day. Ask for His power to do his Will or bidding and then be still and listen for His Answer. Give enough time for His Answer to register with you and expect an Answer is forth coming. The when you feel that you are ready you can begin the business of the day from that centered place and from a peaceful center.

Hold to that center throughout the day using whatever technique that helps remind you of your center such as a thought of God or a mantra or phrase that help you to stay centered and to act from that centered place. The throughout the day enquire from within for further guidance and direction for the day’s activities and when a decision is required defer the decision to the Father or the voice for Truth.

Let your mind be filled with a fresh new awareness of everything. Let it be filled with the recognition of everyone and everything as being what it Real.

Live in the Presence of the Now that is facing you every moment and with every moment let it extend even further to Eternity which is the extension of the present into the future. Let every future moment be now. Be still with your Self and with your world and with everyone your meet or encounter and ask in that moment to reveal to you the truth of what this moment brings and what this encounter is for. Ask Spirit to reveal to you the truth of what your brother is being in that moment of encounter and union.

When you see that part of your mind that is the thinker or the thinking mind, remember to bring back your attention to the awareness of your being or that center where Knowing will occur.

Listen for the truth of what your brother is saying. Listen to the Truth that is the Holy Spirit in your brother the Spirit of Truth. Be still with your mind and listen for the Truth.

My mind holds only what I think with God. My mind holds only what I share, create, communicate and extend with God.

Ok, today is a new day and a day with a lot of potential for many things. We are coming up to a new moon and that means new beginnings.

As far as journaling is concern, it is important to keep a clean empty slate to write on so that new ideas can emerge. Journaling for me is a way to have a dialog with my Self and my Guide. It is a medium of communication with what I am calling right now the Higher Mind.

I need to first clear my mind of all thoughts through a meditation practice and by becoming still enough that I can hear my inner thoughts or the inner dialog that comes from the Higher Consciousness that I am aware that shows its Self in the Present of what I am doing. In this case being still, this inner awareness can fill my mind and communicate to my outer awareness what I am needing to hear or do.

I feel that I am directed to write down my thoughts from this inner awareness first. I am not to read anything unless I am directed to do so otherwise that will clutter up my mind of fill it with non essentials. It does not mean that the reading is not good at some point, but the order of things for me after I arise is to meditate, write and then read.

I desire to write original thought and to write from a completely clean slate and not to refer to anything else by reading or looking at other sources of information, but to dip into the pool of knowledge that comes from the inner mind or the inner awareness of a consciousness that is different from my ordinary consciousness that describes to me a limited self awareness that I know in truth is no my real Self.

There is in me or within me another Self that I am aware of that is a center of being where I know that I am truly a live and conscious knowing my Self being what I am. This one Self is where I seek to draw my Knowledge from. This Self I feel is one with me and knows me as I truly am. It does not think It, a Self, It Knows It a self and It Know It a Self as complete with everything else that exists. It is a Center for all that is being the totality of all that is. It is one with the Center of the Universe.

Anyway, I do not want to write what someone else has said or written unless I am inspired to do so from within my inner Awareness of an inner mind.

I desire to communicate with all that is the one being that is Self Existent and is Supreme to everything else and is the greater than the Sum of all its Parts the Creator and the First Cause of everything and I call that First Cause that is Changeless, God, Creator, Father and Source of all that is and my Source of Being and it is at that Center that I am Caused to Know my Self as an Expression of this First Cause and that is identical with it at the very source. This Identity is right now for me the microcosm within a macrocosm and I am as a cell within this greater being that I draw my existence from.

This is what I desire to know completely as my Self and as one with it and therefore one with everything else this great Being is. I desire to know God as my Self, because if God is everything, then God is also my Self and I know that is true because that experience of God being my Self has been revealed to me and I saw my Self for a moment in eternity as what God was being and that that Self that God or this greater I or being was also me as I truly am.

I feel my Self is merging in the consciousness or the realization that there is really only one Self that is not divided but is one with everything else. My Self is one.

As far as a separate and distinct personality that divided or give the appearance of another Self then the one I truly am, it must become subordinate to it so that is only a means or a way my Self can communicate to Itself until there is only the realization that there is only one Self and that one Self that I am is realized as what it truly is God Self expression of the I am that I am.

We duplicate in form what God is being in essence. Once we realize that this personality that we have claimed as our self independent from the source of what God is being and is only a aspect or a facet of God total being and is not separate from it at all we will relinquish any hold or attachment that we may have assumed as being only ours.

The truth is I am only using words to describe something that may seem intangible and too abstract to really say anything about and that is okay. I am reaching into the Unknown and as far as I can. I am listening for the Voice for God. I do not know what the Voice for God is, but I do know that there is something there an inner consciousness that speaks to me in words and in other ways as well. This Voice leads me and guides me to what I feel a place where I really am. When I am writing or channeling this voice I feel it leading me somewhere and that somewhere is where I truly am. I need to listen to that voice because when I listen to it I feel my Self is being empowered, inspired, filled with a new awareness of my Self being what I am more closer to what my real Self is. I feel this voice is reminding me of something I already Know.

I want to listen to this voice directly as if I was listening to you face to face without any interpretation of what this voice is telling me or with our any conditions for me to listen to this voice. I want to be a pure or clear channel for this voice, which I am calling this Voice for now the Voice for Truth.

I know this voice is with me all the time and is a communication link with my real Self. I feel this real Self meaning what I would call the totality of what everything and everyone is being right this second or moment is the Macrocosm and I am here to realize fully that my Self in its fullness is this macrocosm or God Being, but I step out of this Self or this Self that I am extended Itself into an individual Expression of me or the or what is Individualized Self Expression or what is called in religion the Son of God which is God the Father the total Self and being is God’s Self Expression.

The Question is then if the Self is all there really is or this one Singular Reality is the only Reality there really is then is that what I am. I can be no other then what I am. Is there a point where creation realizes Itself as being one with the Source, Cause or Father of Being and that they all are infinitely the one and the same Self?

It is time I feel to listen to my guide and give this time to my guide and answer this age old question who and what am I really?

Shamballa: This is an important question and one in which all have asked, even myself at one time and one from this level of understanding cannot be answered accurately because it is not an answer that your human language and intellect can really understand all together. You can say in one sense it is and it isn’t at the same time meaning the one Self is and at the same time isn’t because we are talking in infinite terms and so in order for the Infinite Self to be what it is, it also at least conceptually to be what it isn’t meaning how can something that is infinite be also finite. There is always that, which is still to be discovered, but there is a point of being in which that discovery is made know and that is within you. This point of being is where everything finds expression in you and anything that has found expression in you is created or becomes manifested, but there is that which is beyond what you would define your point of being or Expression that defines what you uniquely are or the individualized expression of You in your totality and that individualized expression of You is your Individuality or what is called Gods Self Expression and anything that is as yet potential or left undiscovered as you or the unmanifested Self meaning it has not been differentiated yet from the Whole of what you are would be called The First Cause and the First Center that is yet still to be realized Itself and that is what Its creation is all about to realize Itself as that first Cause and Center of what everything is being.

The Infinite Self is beyond ever being fully realized because there is always potential for more, more to be discovered. The universe is infinite space still to be realized or discovered or occupied or filled. When in actuality what we call space is that yet to be discovered and when we discover it we find that there is something there and that it has always been there but had not yet been discovered.

We are explorers and discoverers of a new land a pure land and that pure Land is what we are and what Reality is and when it is discovered by any one of us it becomes our land and our home and a part of our point of being.

So move into the new land the new territory that has yet to be discovered by you and the way to discover it is at the very center and core of your being because that is where the unknown becomes KNOWN.
